Products and Refunds
- Product Sales: All product sales are final. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare products unless faulty.
- Treatment Packages: Treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
